NjoyCreations proudly organized and managed the official closing ceremony of the PSDP project by Expertise France, adapting to every situation with precision and creativity. Hosted at a five‑star hotel in Grand Beirut, the event welcomed more than 300  local and international guests and featured exhibition corners  for the different projects components.

Pre-Event Planning

We coordinated all logistics, protocol, and venue arrangements, including stage design, exhibition setup, translation services, and catering menu. Our team also created branding materials, communication visuals, and social media campaigns to build anticipation and ensure consistent messaging.

On-Site Coordination

The ceremony brought together government officials, international representatives, and project partners. Guests experienced a seamless program with guided seating, exhibition tours, and a refined lunch service. NjoyCreations ensured flawless collaboration among hosts, technicians, and service providers, delivering a polished and memorable experience.

Post-Event Communication

We produced press releases, highlight videos, and interview trailers in multiple languages, amplifying the event’s reach. A cinematic post‑event film reinforced PSDP’s visibility and impact across audiences.
