This bilingual book (English and French) is one of the most exciting products we have worked on to create its publishing and launching events campaigns in Montreal, Toronto, Lebanon, Morocco. The famous "tabbouleh" was used as a symbol of Lebanese identity and Lebanese union. Its essential ingredients reflect the essential presence of all Lebanese from all religions in one plate, one country. Without these ingredients, Lebanon would vanish, just like the “tabbouleh”, and would not be the “tabbouleh” that we all know and love.
